One week before the move, I facilitate arrivals in Gothenburg/West Coast by going through all matters regarding everyday life.
 
A thousand questions arise about what to practically expect once the process has started.
Information is everywhere but scattered among informal websites and Facebook groups, creating even more confusion. To exchange with a professional is reassuring and empowers individuals to feel ready for the transition.
 
The mental load of achieving a good integration is often on the accompanying partner and this is why we support her/him to take part in the coaching too.
