Context
Housing is complicated in Sweden for newcomers and looking for accommodation for themselves may be stressful or even worse a reason to refute a new position. They are lost because they have no idea of the reality of the real estate market in Sweden. They are afraid of scams and do not know who to contact. Some wonder if they should either buy or rent. They look for genuine information about prices, locations, commute times, quality of life. All this requires an action plan and professional support.
 
Goal
We help our clients to understand the housing market and support them in their research and decisions.  
For rentals: I help to identify the best platforms and I explain how to approach landlords.  If my client is abroad, I contact landlords  and plan digital viewings. When it comes to the final decisions, I support in the administratives aspects and provide guidance to finalize contracts.
For buying: I inform about the process from A to Z, focus on specificities of the Swedish law and give  tips to achieve the goal faster.
