Discover our full program "Onboarding Sweden" for your international talents and newly hired who are not familiar with the Gothenburg Region.
Based on our extended experience, we have built a unique program based on what employees really need: 8 educational sessions including subjects such as Transition, Culture, Immigration, Integration, everyday life and language. 
Those are not just any workshop or class: with a Team Building spirit, our goal is to empower participants so they can understand, embrace and manage their new life and therefore thrive at work.
Most of all, our program focuses on wellness and inclusivity with outdoor sessions, practice on the spot, goals settings, and recognitions.
